By accessing and using SFO Parking ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
SFO Parking is an online parking reservation service that allows users to browse, compare, and book parking spots near San Francisco International Airport. We act solely as a reservation intermediary between you and third-party parking facility operators. We do not own, operate, or manage any parking facilities. We are not affiliated with SFO or any airport authority.
When you place a reservation through our Service, you agree to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of booking. All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies vary by parking facility and will be displayed during the booking process. Please review the cancellation terms before confirming your reservation. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The safety and security of your vehicle while parked at any facility booked through our Service is the sole responsibility of the parking facility operator. SFO Parking is not responsible for any theft, damage, loss, or injury to your vehicle, its contents, or any personal property. Any claims related to your vehicle must be directed to the parking facility operator.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pricing, availability, and parking lot information may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee its completeness or timeliness. Reservations are subject to availability and the terms of the individual parking facility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFO Parking shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with reservations, parking availability, vehicle damage, or the acts or omissions of any parking facility operator. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the reservation giving rise to the claim.
We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and vehicle details to process your reservations. We may share necessary booking details with parking facility operators to fulfill your reservation. We will not sell your personal information to third parties. By opting in to SMS notifications during checkout, you consent to receive text messages from SFO Parking at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
